World Nuclear Industry Status Report 2023, Princeton Release Event

This event was the Washington, DC launch of the World Nuclear Industry Status Report 2023 (WNISR 2023). It was co-sponsored by Princeton's Center for Policy Research on Energy and the Environment and the Program on Science and Global Security. 

The Washington event included presentations on global trends in the nuclear industry (Mycle Schneider), details on the US industry and policy environment (Tim Judson), economics of small modular reactors (M.V. Ramana), and economic and financial issues relating to both existing and newbuild infrastructure (Doug Koplow). The presentations and associated slides provide a useful and concise synthesis of the important trends in the global nuclear industry. The full report can also be accessed here.
